We are here to show you that eating plant-based is getting easier by the day, so we’re starting a new weekly “City Spotlight” blog, highlighting some of our favorite eateries around the country. And we’re starting with our home base: Los Angeles!

LA is a vegan’s paradise! From fine dining to food trucks, it has it all. We’re starting with a must-try if you’re in LA, Crossroads Kitchen. The food is high-quality, insanely delicious, and you may even spot a celeb while you’re there.

The next must-try spot would have to be Shojin. Their Japanese and macrobiotic dishes will have you saying, “Is this really vegan?”

If you’re looking for a laid-back environment and an awesome vegan “big-mac” burger with animal fries, Doomie’s is the place to be. It’s also open late! (I suggest the Jalapeño Poppers as an appetizer and Deep-fried Oreos for dessert!)

Going for brunch? May we suggest Little Pine! Vegan musician and DJ, Moby, opened this all-vegan, 100% organic eatery in 2015 and 100% of proceeds go to animal protection organizations <3 (Also great for dinner).

Dear @sielburt you sure do make brunch look pretty!!

Sage is one of those places that never gets old. Try their Soul Bowl or anything with jackfruit!

Last but not least, Ramen Hood! Brought to you by Top Chef’s Ilan Hall, it’s no wonder that it’s hands down the best ramen you’ve ever had. It’s located in Downtown LA’s historic Grand Central Market, which makes for a fun time!
