Have you ever had a Pea Pesto Pasta? You gotta try it! It’s super flavorful and the peas provide a good source of protein and fiber!


  • 3 cups frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4-5 garlic cloves


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until well-mixed.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and warm on stove until your pasta is cooked.
  3. Mix into your pasta and then top with a few fresh peas and your favorite vegan parmesan, like Go Veggie or Follow Your Heart 🙂
