The great thing about burritos is you can literally customize them with whatever you want. Our recipe calls for burrito staples like beans and rice but also decadent additions like chili and guacamole.
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 2 spoonfuls of guacamole
- 1 teaspoon of vegetarian chili
- 1 flour tortilla
Warm the black beans and chili in over a low heat. Lay out a large tortilla and add the ingredients.
Fold in each side and then roll from bottom to top.
