Chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 4.0 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1.0 cups plant-based milk
  • 1.0 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4.0 tbsp. muesli (a mix of nuts, oats, raisins, and seeds)
  • 4.0 tbsp. pomegranate seeds

Preparation

 

  1. Mix and soak: Mix the chia seeds, plant milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Let it soak for 4 to 6 hours. 
  2. Assemble: Fill two glass jars halfway with the chia pudding. Add the muesli and 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds to each jar. Cover with the rest of the pudding and the pomegranate seeds.

Tips

 

Don’t have vanilla extract? No problem! Use a plant-based milk alternative with a vanilla or chocolate flavor.
