Creamy Cinnamon Citrus Drink
Champurrado is a traditional hot drink from Mexico, thickened with masa harina—a special corn flour used to make tortillas and tamales. Blended with cinnamon and sugar, it becomes creamy, comforting, and perfect for holiday celebrations. This version adds citrus flavors with tangerine or orange juice, bringing freshness to a centuries-old favorite.
