Pizza cheez

Ingredients
- 2.0 tbsp. plant-based butter or margarine, softened
- 3.0 tsp. flour
- 0.666 cups water
- 1.0 tsp. mustard
- 1.0 tsp. salt
- .25 tsp. nutmeg
- 4.0 tbsp. nutritional yeast
Preparation
- Heat and whisk together: Heat the margarine or plant-based butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the flour and whisk together until lump-free.
- Combine and boil: Add half the water, bit by bit. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
- Mix and boil again: Remove from the stove. Add mustard, salt, nutmeg, and nutritional yeast. Mix with the remaining water. Bring to a boil again and stir until creamy.
- Finish: Spread the cheese on the pizza of your choice and bake as usual.
