- 2.0 cups cooked rice
- 8.5 cups water
Preparation
- Blend: Work in two batches so your blender isn’t overloaded. For each batch, blend half the rice with half the water on high speed for at least 1 minute.
- Strain: Set a fine sieve or a mesh strainer for plant-based milks over a large container. Slowly pour in the blended mixture, letting the liquid pass through while the pulp stays behind.
- Store: Transfer to a glass jar or airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to drink.
