- ½ tbsp. garlic powder
- ½ tbsp. onion powder
- ½ tbsp. whole cumin
- ½ tsp. ground pepper
- ½ tbsp. salt

Preparation
- Blend the mixture: In a blender, combine chickpeas, water, crumbled bouillon cube, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, ground pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Form the dough: In a large bowl, add the gluten flour. Pour in the blended mixture and knead until fully combined. Divide into four equal portions and set aside.
- Prepare the fillets: Flatten each portion on a clean surface using cling film. Roll each piece tightly, then wrap in aluminum foil.
- Steam the chik’n: Heat water in a steamer and bring to a boil. Place the wrapped fillets in the steamer, cover, and steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cool and unwrap: Remove the fillets from the steamer and allow them to cool slightly before unwrapping. Handle gently to avoid breaking.
- Enjoy: Use the chik’n however you like—grill it, fry it, chop it for salads, or add it to your favorite dish.
