Turkish delight chocolate cheesecake
Love Veg teamed up with comedian Carl Donnelly to create this rich, no-bake dessert. It’s creamy, chocolatey, and topped with rose petals for a floral finish.

- 8.0 vegan graham cracker sheets
- 2.0 tbsp. melted vegan butter
- 2.0 ripe avocados
- 1.0 tsp. rose water
- 2.0 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2.0 tbsp. maple syrup
- rose petals or chocolate shavings, to decorate
Preparation
- Crush and mix: Break the graham crackers into crumbs using a (non-plastic!) bag and a rolling pin. Then, mix with the melted butter.
- Layer: Spoon into a ramekin and set aside.
- Blend and assemble: Mix the avocado, rose water, cocoa, and maple syrup in a food processor. Spoon on top of the graham cracker base.
- Finish: Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Top with chocolate shavings/rose petals and enjoy!
