Until a year ago I didn’t know what foie gras was. Heard the name of it in a movie, looked it up online. To say the least, HORRIFIC. Grossly appalling. Cruel beyond measure. Early in childhood I couldn’t eat most meats. Caused me painful digestive issues. Hated the taste and smell. Resulted in becoming lacto-vegetarian. Not yet vegan versed but 100% ready to go 100% vegan. Upon reading about these graceful, beautiful animals being brutally tortured to death I literally cried. Joining with others so I can share a powerful voice to BAN this sickening, murderous industry!
Thank you so much for sharing your story with us, Kat! We appreciate your support and wish you the best of luck on your plant-based journey.
I am just sick to death of the inhumane ways in which animals are made to suffer, in the hideous Meat factory industry!!!!!! Please let me know how I can help and be a part of your organization?

I’m going to learn more plant based and vegan recipes because of the cruelty that happens to animals. You never seen these inhumane ways of farming animals in 1800’s until the 1940, after that it got corrupted to much. animals roamed freely, not in square size cages, being in their feces and more. This is why I’m training myself to go plant based or vegan. plus meat rots to quickly and its very expensive!
Where do I get the e cookbook please.?
Thanks for asking, Paul! You can download the cookbook above where you see the flipbook (click the three dots under the cookbook).
I have been lactose intolerant for years. When I found out about factory farms, the cruelty to produce foigras, and the cruel dairy industry as well, I immediately turned vegan. I am trying to educate my household too, but it is a hard sell! It’s like meat is cocaine, and I’m trying to convince them to quit, “cold turkey”. Does anyone out there have some advice that could help me convince my loved ones to go vegan?
Hi Janet! I wanted to share some positive vibes and tips on encouraging family members to explore a vegan lifestyle. Your dedication to animals is truly commendable!
I’ve been in a similar situation with some of my family members, and what worked for me was having an open and honest conversation about factory farming. By discussing the impact on animals and sharing heart-felt perspectives on cruelty, it allowed us to connect on a deeper level.
One approach that might resonate is introducing delicious plant-based alternatives. For example, my vegetarian mother creates mouthwatering meals using meat substitutes that even my meat-loving dad can’t distinguish from the real thing! It’s a subtle yet effective way to show that going vegan doesn’t mean sacrificing taste.
Consider preparing some tasty plant-based dishes for your family, and who knows, they might be pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable and satisfying vegan options can be! ️ Remember, small steps can lead to big changes, and your efforts are making a positive impact. Keep spreading the love for a kinder and more compassionate world!
